The main objective of this Project’s is to progress of the development projects under consideration included in the annual development program. To make recommendations by verifying the quality of work and identifying problems. To make recommendations to the concerned ministries and implementing agencies in the light of the finding of the study. To make recommendations for taking steps to complete the project within the project period while maintaining the quality of work implemented under the approved project.

• Analyzing, reviewing, and monitoring of various aspects related to project risk
• Reviewing and monitoring the data related to the Project Approved Amendment
• Conducting a SWOT ANALYSIS
• Reviewing and monitoring the Project Management activities
• Conducting the quality verification of construction materials
• Reviewing and monitoring of project audit activities
• Considering other matters as determined by the authority.
