Kh. KhairulMatin, Managing Director of KMC, has obtained Master degree in sociology (with honors) from Dhaka University in 1994 (Batch 1991). From the very inception of service he has been working in the field of social and resettlement. He hasmore than 22 years of service experience of which about 20 years exclusively in resettlement field. During this 20 years in resettlement field he has prepared and or implemented at least 50 resettlement plans. Besides, he monitored implementation of the resettlement plan in at least 5 projects including Padma Bridge Project and in some other ADB funded projects in Bangladesh and in central Asia (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Georgia). He worked with mostly Donor funded projects i.e. World Bank, ADB, JICA, DFID, EIB, IDB, etc. during the last 20 years in the field of resettlement. He worked in various development projects as senior professional as outlined below.
