Narrative Description of Project:

This is a project of Bangladesh Bridge Authority (BBA) and financed by GOB where KMC is working as sub consultants to Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Under this project KMC is assigned to conduct Topographical survey, Land acquisition & resettlement survey and preparation of Land acquisition plan (LAP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP.

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by our Staff:

• Conduct Topographical Survey
• Census & socioeconomic survey of affected persons, households and communities
• Conduct focus group discussion & consultation meetings
• Video filming of the traffic scenario during rain operation at all level of crossing
• Land Acquisition and Resettlement Survey
• Land Acquisition Plan preparation
• Preparation of Resettlement Action Plan
