Detailed Narrative Description of Project:

The main objective of this project is to acquire suitable and adequate lands for constructing 13 (thirteen) new substations at different location of Bangladesh. The areas of this project include : Dhaka, Gopalganj, Munshiganj, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Cox’s Bazar, Rajshahi, Bogura, Satkhira, Pirojpur. Therefore, it will improve the power transmission capability significantly, solve low voltage problem at remote places, meet the growing demand successfully and Trigger the national economic development through industrialization. The scope of the consultancy service include suitable site selection of substation areas, preparation of layout drawing for the land preparation of proper compensation details for rehabilitation and resettlement works for the project.

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by our Staff:

• Construction of substations including survey, showing land areas (with geo-coordinates) with proper scaling on Mouza maps
• Preparation of detailed drawing layout of the land
• Collect NOC from related local government offices for land acquisition
• Preparation of LAP
