Detailed Narrative Description of Project:

The Government of Bangladesh, with the financial assistance of the OCETA and UNICEF has undertaken a project through Department of Public Health and Engineering (DPHE) to collect information on arsenic contamination of the ground water and health hygiene situation of the tube well and toilets in the rural area of the Comilla and Pabna districts. KMC Ltd. was employed in this project to carry out a detailed survey on arsenic contamination, condition of the tube wells and latrines and preparation of the baseline report.
