Detailed Narrative Description of Project:

The main responsibility is to Prepare Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) and assist the Project in all respect for expeditious acquisition of land required for the project. The project will require 1000 acres (approximate) of land to be acquired. This include the mainly the route (86.51 km dual gauge main and 16.30 km dual gauge loop line) and seven station areas.

• Conduct Census & IOL survey
• Consultation meeting with respective community people
• Land survey
• Video Filming of the alignment
• Mouza Map Collection & Mouza Map Scan and Digitization & map layout preparation
• Collection of Khatian/Land ownership documents
• Preparation of final LAP report
• Collect the final rail route & stations alignment from the client
• Collection of Land price
• Preparation of “Cha” form
