Detailed Narrative Description of Project:

The main objective of the assignment is to interview the clients of Jibon Bima Corporation (JBC) and Sadaran Bima Corporation (SBC) to obtain an understanding of their usage and the level of awareness and satisfaction with the existing or new services of the insurance companies. The survey is intended to be a nation-wide survey of an approximate sample of total 2500 clients of JBC and SBC (1500 clients from JBC and 1000 clients from SBC) from the64 districts. The survey will be carried out by means of electronic self-administered interviews both online & offline.
