Detailed Narrative Description of Project:

The main objective of the assignment is to interview the clients of Jibon Bima Corporation (JBC) and Sadaran Bima Corporation (SBC) to obtain an understanding of their usage and the level of awareness and satisfaction with the existing or new services of the insurance companies. The survey is intended to be a nation-wide survey of an approximate sample of total 2500 clients of JBC and SBC (1500 clients from JBC and 1000 clients from SBC) from the64 districts. The survey will be carried out by means of electronic self-administered interviews both online & offline.

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by our Staff:

• Conducting the survey for life and non-life products.
• Conduct a baseline survey of the SBC and JBC representative beneficiaries.
• Conduct a repeat survey, process and present survey result
• Conduct Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Key Informant Interview (KII)
• Data analysis and reporting
