Social Development/Resettlement Expert, obtained Master Degree in Anthropology (with honors) from Rajshahi University in 2008. Besides he also obtained Master Degree in Development Studies from Khulna University in 2016 .From the very inception of his service (in 2009) he has been working in the field of social development. He has gathered experience of more than seven years on monitoring and evaluation, project management, communication, social safeguard and resettlement.

During last five years he has gathered experiences with the world bank, Asian Development Bank, and other National and international clients for providing consultancy services for social survey, social assessment, social impact assessment, gender assessment, preparation of resettlement action plan and other research activities. During these years of experience in resettlement field, he prepared at least 10 Resettlement Plans, and have experience in RP/RAP implementation and internal monitoring at least five projects and exclusively one project for external Monitoring of RP/RAP implementation (Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Development Project (DMRTDP). He has prepared at least 15 Social Impact Assessment.

He worked with the World Bank for Bangladesh Portfolio Safeguard Review of 65 projects. He also worked in various projects as Monitoring Expert/Officer for livelihood development/graduations projects ad financed by DFID, SDC and NETZ Bangladesh. He received training on social safeguards and safeguards management from World Bank, Knowledge Management Consultants and CEGIS ltd. He completed certificate courses on database programming, SPSS, etc. He conducted some research works including resettlement issue i.e “Resettlement of project affected person: A case of Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project (PMBD)” as partial courses to fulfil my master in Development studies. He is a professional member of Institute of Applied Anthropology, 2013, Bangladesh Institute of Development Sociology, 2014, Bangladesh Resettlement Network, 2016, ADB CMS 141019 etc.
