Knowledge management Consultants (KMC) Ltd. was established in 2008 with a view to provide consultancy services in the development sector of Bangladesh.
Over the decade, it has gathered experience in land survey, demarcation, geo-referencing, mouza digitization, preparation of land acquisition plan (LAP) and preparation of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), and implementation of LAP and RAP in various large-scale projects implemented in the country.
Since its inception, KMC has conducted large number of socio-economic baseline survey, feasibility study, Impact study with monitoring and study on poverty and social assessment. Also, have experience in preparation of Social Action Plan (SAP), Environment Impact Assessment (EIA), Social Management Plan (SMP), Gender Based Violence (GBV), Gender Action Plan (GAP) and other social safeguard documents. The expertise of KMC is mostly in preparation, implementation & monitoring in Land Acquisition and Resettlement issues where KMC has conducted various resettlement surveys, impact assessment, sustainability of the social safeguard implementation followed by the existing policies and guidelines of the donor agencies.
KMC has been running as a limited firm duly registered with Joint Stock Company and registered with the department of State of Pennsylvania, USA.
